PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. The current version does not ask you to create an account or provide personal information to play NumberTwist. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and the details in your request. We use that information to respond to and resolve your request.

Information stored on your device. The App stores a small amount of information locally on your device, including whether you have viewed the How to Play introduction. This information is used to provide the intended in-app experience and is not sent to us. Your puzzle activity, paw balance, pet collection, and game-session state are not sent to our servers by the current version.

You can remove locally stored App data by uninstalling NumberTwist or clearing the App’s storage in your device settings. Because the current version does not sync this information to our servers, there is no corresponding server copy to delete.

Information collected automatically. The current version does not include advertising, user tracking, accounts, or a remote user database. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, or camera.

Crash reports and diagnostics. To help us diagnose crashes and maintain application stability, the App uses Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google LLC). When a crash or unexpected error occurs, Crashlytics automatically collects technical diagnostic data, including stack traces, device state (such as device model, operating system version, available memory and disk space), and a pseudonymous installation identifier. This diagnostic data is anonymous, does not identify you personally, is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking, and is used solely to resolve stability issues. Apple, Google, your device manufacturer, and the app store may also independently process technical, diagnostic, or account information under their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Information

For the current version, we use information only to operate NumberTwist, maintain application stability and troubleshoot crashes via anonymous diagnostic reports, remember the local onboarding preference described above, and respond to support requests you choose to send. We do not sell personal information, serve personalised advertising, build advertising profiles, or track you across other apps or websites.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information collected through the current version for commercial purposes. Crash and diagnostic data is processed on our behalf by Google LLC (Firebase Crashlytics) strictly to provide crash reporting and stability diagnostics. If you contact support, your message may be processed by the email or support service used by Didik Maulana Ardiansyah solely as needed to receive, manage, and respond to your request.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the App, or others.

4. Third-Party Websites and Services

The App may link to pages such as this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or support pages. A linked website may process technical information under its own privacy policy. Review the privacy policy of any third-party website before providing information there.

The current version does not use third-party advertising, user tracking, sign-in, cloud-sync, or payment services inside the App. It uses Firebase Crashlytics (operated by Google LLC) solely for stability monitoring and crash diagnostics. You can learn more about how Google processes diagnostic data in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). If we add other third-party services in the future, we will update this Policy before the related feature becomes available and describe the applicable data practices and choices.

5. Data Retention

Local App preferences remain on your device until you uninstall NumberTwist or clear its storage. Crash data collected by Firebase Crashlytics is retained for up to 90 days in accordance with Firebase data retention policies and then deleted automatically. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Security

The current version does not transmit personal information to our servers. Diagnostic crash reports are transmitted securely to Google using HTTPS encryption. Local App data is stored using the device’s application storage. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@didikmaulana.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action under applicable law.

If NumberTwist becomes directed to children or adds child-directed online features, we will reassess its privacy requirements and update this Policy before releasing those features.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information. You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a privacy request, contact support@didikmaulana.com with the subject “NumberTwist Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Because the current version does not maintain a user account or central game-data profile, most game data is not available to us to access, correct, or delete.

9. International Data Transfers

If you contact us, your support message may be processed in a country different from your own, depending on the email or support provider we use. Where required, we will apply appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when NumberTwist changes or when legal or platform requirements change. We will make the revised Policy available at https://didikmaulana.com/numbertwist/privacy-policy. Where required, material changes will be communicated through the App or another reasonable method.
