TERMS OF USE

1. Eligibility and Use of the App

You may use the App only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these Terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them on your behalf.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to download and use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. The App is licensed to you, not sold to you.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not, except where applicable law permits it:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the App or its content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App;
• bypass, interfere with, or attempt to disable any security, technical, or access-control measure;
• use the App unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms other people, the App, or our rights; or
• use our name, logos, artwork, game content, or other materials without our written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, game design, artwork, audio, text, trademarks, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Didik Maulana Ardiansyah and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of any part of the App or its content.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App when reasonably necessary, including to improve gameplay, address security issues, comply with law, or maintain the service. We do not promise that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

6. Purchases and Advertising

The current version of NumberTwist does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising. If we introduce a paid feature, purchase, subscription, or advertising-supported version, we will provide the applicable terms and disclosures before you make a purchase or use that feature.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may link to third-party websites or services, including the app store and support channels. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties that the App will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free from errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Didik Maulana Ardiansyah will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you materially violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App, our business, or applicable law changes. We will make the revised Terms available at https://didikmaulana.com/numbertwist/terms-of-use. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept them, where permitted by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the laws of your place of residence require otherwise. The appropriate courts for disputes will be determined by applicable law.
